Is it possible that the person who it was all along is... John? Maybe it's just coincidence that John has a similiar looking jacket to the one Kyle is wearing but.. hmmmm. Considering John doesn't know where Sarah is and he's got his hands full with Riley's bloody wrists, I really doubt it's him. Sure, it's easy to say that.. but how do you know John won't know where she is? How do you know he doesn't get contacted or she contacts him or who knows what? Maybe John left Derek in charge of taking care of Riley's situation while he went after mom? Maybe I'm totally full of BS but the point is, nothing is out of the realm of possibility at this point.

That's why I focus on the main issue - how does Sarah get to a hospital? She's at the end of a dirt road in the desert, with nobody around that we know of and nobody in her crew knows where she is.
She's passing out from shock and blood loss, she's never going to make it to her vehicle, let alone drive X miles back into town and find a hospital.
It seems to me solving that problem is going to be interesting.
And we still don't know if that drone she sees is real or not. That would be one quick way to get to the hospital - if she wakes up there and DOESN'T KNOW how she got there - until Kyle shows up. maybe.

Getting the hospital isn't that difficult: use her belt to tourniquet the wound. Drag herself to her truck. Drive to the hospital. She was even shot in the left thigh, so she can still drive.

I think Sarah's pain/shock threshold must be off the scale; she was pouring with blood in T2 and still managed to hobble about the factory at the end and take another wound in her shoulder! Winston's van was even closer to her and wouldn't have anything in it that could identify her... hmmm, would lead the police straight to his body though... assuming the body is still there or the company is even registered as a company (not bloody likely.) <LOL> Thank goodness Americans don't do gears!

We can drive standard just fine. Even Sarah knows how to use the clutch properly. She taught John how to drive in Heavy Metal.

But to be fair - automatic transmissions are far, far more common in North America than in Europe (and automatics are more expensive to rent over there, too. ). LittleB - correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can only take your driving test on a standard transmission in the UK, right? Anyway, to get back on topic, Sarah would probably just drive through the pain even if her Jeep is a standard because she's Sarah Connor.

Now I think about it, Heavy Metal might be the only time I've ever seen gears in an American TV show! I keep remembering Giles in an ep of Buffy when he bought himself a mid-life crisis sporty number and kept trying to put it into gear before complaining bitterly that driving auto was just not "participating!" You can take your test in an auto but then you're only qualified to drive autos. A test in a standard qualifies you to drive both. Most of us drive standards. Cat has an auto but then she loathes driving so every little thing to make it easier works for her! <bg> Yeah, let's just hope that bullet didn't clip her femur, cos there ain't no chance she's stomping on a clutch peddle if that's snapped. I'm guessing not though, 9 episodes of Sarah hobbling about in a plaster cast wouldn't be much fun. Terminator: The Sarah Connor (on Crutches) Chronicles... And people thought the original title was a tongue-twister! (I personally wish I'd never read Lena Headey admitting that around the set they took to saying it with a lisp, The Tharah Connor Chronicleths cos I've never been able to hear it without laughing since.)

Well, if she has a schizophrenic break and starts seeing waitress and Pescadero/T2 Sarah more often, it could be called "Terminator: The Sarah Connor and Sarah Connor and Sarah Connor Chronicles."

Of course everyone assuming that that's a nice ordinary hospital and isn't one on a Military base somewhere.
Let alone one secreted right at her location.

Good point. But then it's unlikely any local cops would be allowed on a secret military base.
I think she wakes up in the local civilian hospital not knowing HOW she got there. Then the cops find out 1) she's a gun shot victim, 2) she's Sarah Connor from her prints, 3) she's shot Winston.
Maybe Winston turns out to not even be a member of the conspiracy - in other words, just some guy who had a gun and defended himself against her invasion of his office. I kinda doubt the latter, but, man, would that complicate her life, her killing some "innocent" guy as a result of her obsession with the three dots. Maybe he was an unwilling "front" to the secret facility. That's what he claimed - his boss rents out the warehouse and he doubles as security guard without knowing anything about what he's guarding.
But that's unlikely. But 1) and 2) are very likely.
And that's going to have consequences. Because now the FBI will re-open the Connor case. Ellison may end up getting involved again because it used to be his case. If the FBI pushes Ellison, will he rat out Sarah?
If "Sarah Baum" - the name in her wallet - is linked to "Sarah Connor" via her prints, what happens to "John Baum" who maybe admitted one attempted suicide named Riley to a local hospital?
With a little realism here, things could spiral out of control for the Connors really quick.
Or, if you ignore realism, as the writers have been doing, maybe nothing will happen. Sarah hallucinates Kyle, chokes out a cop, burns her paper file, jumps out the window, story over.
Sure hope not.
Meanwhile, with two more Sarahs running around in her mind, the show could be called "Sarah and Company" - or maybe a remake of "Three's Company". ;D
Then Cameron could start channeling Allison again and both of them could be nutcases. ;D
Then Derek could remember his repressed brainwashing and go schizo, too. ;D
Then John could have them all committed to Pescadero and decide to go off and run a bar like "Cheers" with Riley as his waitress. ;D Then Ellison can drop by the bar periodically and moan about his screwed up career and marriage, and Charley could drop by and drink himself to death over Michelle and his lost true love, Sarah. ;D
Meanwhile, Catherine Weaver installs Linux in John Henry and Skynet becomes an open source advocate for free software! ;D
