I think Sarah is going have a shorter fuse from now on. I expect her to have more sudden out-burst of frustation and, or emotion.

Noticed Savannah is listed, maybe the screaming and running from JH scene is in this ep. Given we seen John Henry was playing with young boys toys and resourcefulness with the internet, perhaps we'll see Savanah having a make believe tea party with J.H , sitting around the table accompanied by stuffed animals in the other chairs. The only other time I ever saw a scene like what was with Steve Buscemi in ConAir. All I can say is... Freaky... Or maybe John's obsessing about Riley again, considering she went missing from the hospital. She barely survived her attempted suicide. He's probably rather wanting to search for Riley than do anything else. I only hope it doesn't become a thing like with John. Sarah will probably keep it bottled up, staying with the tough-girl persona. However, it'll probably keep manifesting itself in the form of the hallucinogenic Kyle Reese every now and then (unless Kyle's appearance was a one-shot), and maybe re-occurrences of doubles of herself as she experianced in the Cafe.

Well I certainly am now! ;D It was the first thing I thought of... well, after Godzilla! Sarah's going to be a very loose end for the Zeira Corp clean up. They know someone shot Winston, they know that someone escaped and has knowledge of the warehouse. I wonder if the "potential survivor" Weaver is sending her man to search for is Sarah. Or... I guess, it could always be someone who called in a sickie the day everything exploded!

It looks to be someone who just wasn't there when Weaver showed up (maybe on sick leave, indeed). The promo shows John talking to a woman, and he asks what was going on in the factory.

I expect that we get again a lot of screen time for Sarah, because she is the leader in the war against the three dots. But it will not be again an episode being mostly of a single character only.
We should also get some Weaver again, because she is the enemy in the three dot war.
The Conner crew is again united, but I fear, that we will again not have much character interaction and that John will still not be saved although he will have something to do at least.

As long as Weaver stays away from them, it's not a problem.

^^Isn't that stating the obvious? The closer I get to the fire, the closer the fire gets to me.

It may be a good thing John (especially) is getting closer to Skynet, it is probably - one way or another - the only way to stop Judgment Day. Destroying Skynet seems impossible as it keeps turning back up in different form, so the only way forward may be to talk it out of the war. In absence of talk-computer-to-dead specialist Cpt Kirk, John is probably uniquely placed to understand and reason with very advanced AI. He will have had lots of practice.
One possible way to conclude the show is to avert Judgement Day by peace before the war happens.

One possible way to conclude the show is to avert Judgement Day by peace before the war happens. I agree. Although some may find that anti-climatic and for that reason they may not be willing to go there... Much easier to see the machines and skynet as evil monsters (even if complex and seemingly innocent at the beginning) than as intelligent beings to be reasoned with. Such an ending as you propose would upset two prominent groups: Those that want to see Sarah crush skynet like a bug and dance on its grave and those who simply want to see action and endoskeletons on the hunt. That may be two groups too many... and so a war may be inevitable. Not because skynet is evil, but because it's the only way to serve the bloodthirsty expectations of the masses. I would prefer peace, but whatever they do they should be sure to avoid the utter failure and silliness of the Matrix sequels. But I have faith in Josh and the others that no matter what they decide to do it will probably be better than that.
