I have two parts on the season finale that were just awesome. One was when Derek too John to see Kyle and himself as kids. The reaction John gave out when he realized that he was staring at his father for the first time in his life was priceless. Then when James went after the terminator with a swat team and then Johnny Cash broke out. That whole scene was one of the best scenes in the show. I love this show ^_^

It was a great cliffhanger. I can't wait until next season when we find out what kind of cake Cameron was going to get John.

I feel like I really missed out on the impact of that scene because I'd already guessed it was young Kyle after seeing a promo still. I can't resist minor spoilers like previews, clips and promo stills, but I guess sometimes even that's enough to ruin stuff.

You should have seen John when he realized that he was as close to is father as he will ever be until the war. He almost broke out in tears. Imagine being told what your father was like but never even seeing him and you had the chance to actually see him for the first time in your life. That was what the feeling I got out of John's reaction.

I saw the promo photo - saw the opening - still didn't occur to me that they were Kyle and Derek until the camera panned on them and I realized that Derek was intently watching 2 boys. I love that scene - that and the bodies in the pool scenes make WHAT HE BEHELD likely the best episode of the season. What was great was that the scenes that really POPPED and stuck in people's memories the most weren't big action scenes - they tugged at the heart. The John/Derek scene watching the kids could've ended up really sappy - but it didn't. All credit goes to Dekker and Green for really knocking their performances out of the park...so to speak

I think Cameron would be lost as to which cake to choose and would probably buy John a dud one. ;D John would have to be content with Sarah's cooking.

I'm guessing it will either involve chocolate...or explosives.
Or maybe both!
But absolutely those candles that won't BLOODY BLOW OUT!

I hope that Cameron knows that Roman candles aren't candles imported from Rome.

Good eye! You know if someone designed them, Cafe Press can make them and all us fans can order them . Probably couldn't get them before Comic Con, but most of us don't get to go anyway. buttons.cafepress.com/

^ hehehe. I've already got the artwork and ordered button parts to make them. Unfortunately, my button parts are the wrong ones, so now it looks like I'm going to have to wait for a reorder, which means no buttons in time for Comic Con
