Has this been released anywhere else? It seems to be exclusive to HMV in the UK ( hmv.com/hmvweb/displayProductDetails.do?ctx=280;5;-1;-1;-1&sku=766587). The 2 discs are housed in a T-600 skull (looks like it was on the wrong end of the industrial press from the end of the first film). Official blurb is as follows: Disc Two: Special Features * “Re-Forging the Future” – Go behind the scenes of Terminator Salvation with an exclusive set tour. * “The Moto-Terminator” - See how the Terminator Salvation visual effects crew and Ducati partnered to create the slick and deadly Moto-Terminator! * Plus, 11 mini featurette focus points spotlighting how the ground-breaking special effects were created Nearest equivalent seems to be the far more expensive Terminator Salvation: T-600 Limited Edition Packaging (Blu-ray) ( www.play.com/DVD/Blu-ray/4-/11520926/Terminator-Salvation-T-600-Limited-Edition-Packaging/Product.html).

Interesting...
We have HMV outlets here too locally and thats overseas from you. I'll have to look into it and find out more about it.
The more expensive version you listed in the second link is pretty much what Halo 3 had for its limited edition release - an actual minuature MasterCheif helmet cd holder / storage unit.
In this case, a T600 bust as a dvd collector's case.

I have no idea where HMV originated from or its headquarters...
If HMV was originally UK based... Would HMV be short for "Her Majesty's Videos?" I'm just guessing here. No slurrs or offenses intended...
