There is one thing to remember - they CAKE makeup on Lena's face on TSCC to make her look older. I'm certainly not saying that she could pass for 17, but I think if it was a scene in the dark w/ fuzzy filters on it w/o much makeup (or at least much lighter younger makeup) they can make Lena look much younger than she does on the show. As it is how old is Jonathan Jackson right now? Mid 20's or something? I think she can pass for matching him in age.
Now even if they didn't do that necessarily - I don't see why they can't have a fantasy/dreamlike sequence where Kyle comes to her ala the deleted scene from T2 when he visited Sarah in the nuthouse.

Had no idea they aged her up at all to be entirely honest. Surprises me....and I've seen her other movies, besides 300.
Either way, I'm eager to see them cross one another's paths again in some form.

Well, they cake on the makeup, that's for sure. I wouldn't say that it makes Headey look tonnes older but it harshens her features, so that she looks distinctly older than both Glau and Dekker. Agreed on Kyle/Sarah - even if it does veer in the direction of fan service, a little of that every once and a while is a good thing.

At least we know he's popping up again, even if its just in flashbacks.

My ultimate ship. I'll take anything at this point, dream sequence, simple talk about Kyle - anything. I am easily pleased. XD

Yeah, I'm kind of desparate to see some Sarah/Kyle interaction, too.

Yeah, I'm kind of desparate to see some Sarah/Kyle interaction, too. Add me to the list. As long as it's good interaction, of course, even if painful. But then, that's pretty much a given.

And anything that touches on Kyle seems to be painful for her on some level. One of the things that interests me is that TSCC puts Sarah's age at 17ish during the events of the Terminator. I wonder if they'll ever get around to addressing the effect that had on how she felt about Kyle?

I wonder if they'll ever get around to addressing the effect that had on how she felt about Kyle? Well, Sarah was 18 in the novelization (or so I heard - have also seen 19 - she had a college ID, in any event) and T2 said she 18 during T1, so that's really nothing new. I don't really think age had much to do with it, myself. She lived and functioned as a young adult. She didn't come off as a not-grown person to me in the movie. I don't really see it depicted as any of her feelings to do with him having to do with youth. But that's down to personal interpretation, so I can see how others might think differently. More interesting in that regard to me is if she ever thinks she was little older than John is now when it all changed - but that's not for the 'ship thread.

So what did you guys think of visionKyle and Sarah in The Good Wound? Would you like to see more of that?
I wouldn't mind seeing Kyle as Sarah's vision every once and awhile. Maybe not as long as the entire episode like this one. But it definitely was interesting and I liked how he guided her... get the gun, hall is clear, calm her down, etc etc.. I think it would be cool if we saw him again when she's really in a bind or stressed or whatever. But I wouldn't ever want to see Sarah pouring herself a cup of coffee and having a conversation with visionKyle or anything. The cirucmstance they used in The Good Wound made the whole thing just fit right. If that sort of situation ever arises again, I'd like to see this sort of thing again.

Good Wound really refreshed what we already knew: Sarah still loves Kyle and he'll always be with her, in a way. Actually getting a chance to see that — to see them interact in her head was wonderful. Kyle was used perfectly in this episode. If we saw that all the time, it wouldn't be good, but I think it would be nice to see it again (like you said) once in a while when she's really stressed or in a bad situation.

The cirucmstance they used in The Good Wound made the whole thing just fit right. If that sort of situation ever arises again, I'd like to see this sort of thing again. She almost gave herself away if the doctors and interns in the hospital hallway there noticed Sarah talking to thin air while she was hallucinating Kyle walking and talking beside her. She also had a bit of a slip of the same kind in the hotel room, she began talking out loud to Kyle, thankfully when the doctor was in the bathroom or other part of the room and assumed the rambling was Sarah regaining consciousness. This could become weired for the Connors if say John or Derek overhears Sarah talking in a one-sided conversation in another room, and assume she's talking on her cell phone. But as they peek in, or glance as they walk by, see she's not talking on any phone, but looking at talking to the air beside her. Derek's already looking at her sideways for obsessing over the 3 dots looking for some connection to Skynet. John's supporting her sofar in her cause. But if John only knew, it would vindicate Derek's opinion of Sarah's obsession, and Derek would start considering Sarah a write-off (mental problems). True, I'm all for Kyle making a few appearances, I'm just saying its not without some possible consequences
