That's so awesome, Erika. And really, really good... er, customer service ain't the right word, but public relations in the literal (rather than smarmy) sense - takes a handful of minutes out of someone's day (well, an hour or two if WB's approvals process is like ours) but generates exponentially larger rewards in terms of good will.
