The choice and the voice is yours.

I would pick the movies if they got rid of Ferris, Brancato, McG, and brought back James Cameron or at least hired someone good like Ridley Scott or Alfonso CuarĂ³n. Otherwise, I'd pick TSCC.

I'd definitely pick the films. <---- TOTAL LIE
MORE TSCC PLEASE!
That was the easiest choice I ever made.

T:SCC, of course! Salvation is a crap... I watched it twice in the cinema, because I wanted to collect more tickets for WB to save T:TSCC... I don't want next crappy McG's movies, I want a season 3 of T:TSCC!

Having keenly watched both, even though T4 was on the big screen....
TSCC blew it away.
TSCC, even if I have to subscribe to HBO (a much bigger deal than it seems) or pay per view it.

Its quite pointless to post a poll about more Terminator movies vs. more TSCC on the forum dedicated to TSCC... Actually I think, that even this one vote for movies is just a mistake .

I would say the TV series but it depends though. Movies are usually more to the point and don't drag things out as much like TV filler episodes used to spread the story out. So, if the movie was long enough, truly well made and with real solid content. Unlike the movie Salvation which was all mostly just high definition robot destruction porn action shots without any true content. I would think the movie would be better since they could add some new impressive elements into play that could never be added in the TV series due to the budget.

The films absolutely.
I LOVED the future of Salvation and being (officially) free of Camerons future which he himself erased from existence with T2) is enabling us to look at many different possibilities of the future.
T5 seems to be giving Connor the Reese role...which will give Bale a LOT to work with.
Seemingly crazy guy from the future trying to convince officials in London of an impending Skynet invasion.
I like it...a LOT.

If it keeps up like this, Id say none.
Say McG wisens up and gives us a T5 in London that has good character/pacing, fires the old writers from t3 etc. If... and thats a big IF... he can give us a SERIOUS rise of the machines to replace t3, thatd be great.
If youre a terminator fan, its pretty obvious what needs to be done: add character, and story, (hate to say 2 hr minimum but that seems to be the proper probation for these air head directors) stop making skynet a talking monitor, have it actually FIGHT BACK when you attempt to escape its territory, and continue with the gritty war.
But no... this man decides HUMOR and a lack of a prototype villain was the flaw of the movie. Im at a lost for words... he cant be that dumb. Can he?

If it's a choice between a future McG film or a continuation of TSCC, i'd go with the latter. I wouldn't mind future Terminator films though, but I'd like to see what another director would do with it. Which seems to actually be the case now, from the news I've seen!
That being said, I actually rather liked Terminator Salvation. Sure it had it's flaws (a certain character at the end not picking up that T-600's mini-gun for example. Even if it turned out to be out of ammo, at least show this! Don't just leave it there!) but I disagree that it was just 'robot porn'. Sure there were robots and effects, but that's hardly new in a Terminator film! Sam Worthington's character was interesting and he was used in an interesting way involving a whole extra plot twist!
I didn't like the ideas McG had for T5 though. That's the main reason I think it's best another director be given the chance. I don't think the storyline of Salvation should be discarded in future sequels though.
