Done. But I dont think, that they will add TSCC to the poll. Because even if they wanted to do that, they would need to reset the entire poll, and I dont think, that they should do that just for TSCC. Point well-taken. But.... if we don't even try, we *know* what the results will be on that. My hope was that the Parade Poll hasn't had a lot of voters, yet. Evidence of this is the low number of comments -- only 96. That's piddly compared to most other polls I've seen. So, maybe Parade would consider adding TSCC -- if we got enough people to ask. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be happening, either. Robby

Yeah, got it, and I hope that they will add it to the poll, but there is still only just a little chance, that this could change anything. There are some things, that must be accomplished. At first, TSCC must be added to the poll. Then it must win the poll, and even if it would win the poll, could that change anything at all? Because I dont think, that this magazine can have such a great "importance" in these things. But whatever, we must try everythink, no matter how small chance its in the game... And 96 comments is relatively lot, not everyone who votes in the poll also comment it. And Iam not sure about it, but seems, that you don't even need to register to vote in the poll, but you must be registered to post comments.
BTW, Iam not sure with this, but didn't Prison Break ended because the story was finished, and not cancelled? If yes, then I don't understand, why PB is in that poll...

I'm not sure, either, about how impactive winning the Parade Poll would be. But, if you viewed my comment on the Poll Comments page, I pointed out that -- in the US -- Parade is a very widely-read source of entertainment news. This would be the most important Poll we could win, so far. Yet... I dunno. It first occurred to me that they purposely left TSCC off the Poll -- because they know we have a "rabid" fan-base, and would flood the voting (maybe with 'bots, etc). So, they decided not to give us a chance to do that. All we can do is try to influence them to change their mind. Also, I thought -- well, maybe they know something we all don't -- that TSCC isn't really canceled, and that "someone" is picking us up for a Season 3. That's pretty wishful thinking, I admit. Keep hope alive. As to PB... I don't know whether the "story" was finished or not. I've never watched the Show. Not my style. Robby

If nothing else, perhaps some regular readers of Parade will be curious enough about the show to check it out after seeing positive comments. My guess is their demographic is a bit on the older side since it's syndicated publication in print Sunday papers.

Correct me if Iam wrong, Iam not US, GB (or whereever it broadcasts) resident, but isn't ABC the same/similiar kind of TV like Fox? I mean also focused on mainstream? Maybe it has not so hard requirements on ratings and numbers of viewers like Fox, but still don't know if it will be good to have it renewed on ABC. Yeah, it will be great if TSCC will be renewed there, but it wouldn't be nice to see it cancelled again after some few episodes, because ABC viewers doesn't like it. SyFy would be simply the best choice for TSCC, and I hope, that they will change their minds, and pick it up. Actually we have heard only a few words about SyFy will not be picking up TSCC on blog of some guy from SyFy, nothing official.

TSCC might fit well into the slot, to be vacated by Lost, after the next TV season. Sounds good then...And thanks for explaining. Seems like a interesting opportunity then, and if I remember it correctly, savethescc campaign doesn't focuses on ABC, and other channels like that, and we should change that.

But still, it wasn't nothing official, they must have some sort of meeting, where executives and other important guys will discuss things like this. So, we can take this Craig Engler's post as possible fact, but not as an official pronouncement of SyFy.
And thats sure, if they will brought back the show, they will most probably reduce its funding. BTW how many costed aproximately one TSCC episode in 1., and in 2.season (someone wroted somewhere, that they've raised funding for 2.season, so I would like to know how much different it was from 1.season)?

If WB will be willing to give a second chance to TSCC, they will reduce its budget for sure, and then SyFy can appear on the scene again. Not exactly sure what you're asking, here -- but, information I've seen on TSCC costs per episode, is about $2-3 million USD. Kinda pricey.Hmm, SyFy's BSG costs approximately 1,5 million USD per episode, so TSCC is almost twice as expensive, but in BSG they are using a lot of visual effects, animations and all this expensive stuff, far more than in TSCC, and its cheaper... (BTW sorry if you didn't understand what I've been asking about because of my english, I still suck in it

BTW, as many of TSCC fans as possible should also buy a Terminator Salvation DVD/Blu-ray, because the fate TSCC also depends on Salvation sales... Well, maybe not "abandoned," but certainly the "traffic" has fallen off greatly. I esp see this on the TSCC wiki web-site. It's pretty dead -- at least on "Save TSCC" issues. Most people have given up, I guess. Understandable.I don't think, that they give it up...but Iam sure, that there will be a plenty of posts in august, when this billboard campaign will be up and running (I see it even now, how many users will be posting here a photos of this billboard truck from all around LA ;D). I still trying to post as many posts as possible everywhere (now matter if here, on savethescc.com forum, or on our own czech fansite forum), to stir up people to bring themselves in to discussion. But it seems especially here that it doesn't work... BTW, I'm having some computer problems; so, will have to drop off here, for a while.
Been nice talking w/you. Hang in there. Keep Hope Alive.
Maybe see you, later, at the "Rallies" on the WB and SyFy sites every Sunday, 1pm EDT (I can't make the one today).Of course mate, good luck with solving it and see you around later. I'll be there as long, as the resistence will need me . And now excuse me, I have some SyFy and WB forums to spam... ;D.
