I really do love this part
From the sounds of it, she is so frustrated to be answering that because she's answered it a million times before lol. "I can't explain it any more than that!" She should just say, "It's just a job, damnit! I'm not playing Linda Hamilton, I'm playing a single mother with a teenage son. GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD!" lol

<LOL> at Butterscotch Angel Delight, thought me and Cat were the only ones who ate that crap! So what is this angel delight that you speak of? It's been 30 yrs since I've been in the UK and my memory is fading.

Sure sounds like someone looking back on a finished project. TSCC was 2 years of her life. I've noticed Lena uses the F bomb. I thought brits said bloody, ruddy, sod etc? I've always found various cultures curses interesting. ;D Americans use single words. The Europeans get very creative with long phrases. **update** This was one of the best Lena interviews I've seen. I saved it in a pdf file. It's in a bigger font and easier to read. if you want to save it... www.megaupload.com/?d=04M0XOB5

One - SCC is done (or atleast the SC part) and Lena moves on. Two - she's looking forward to the next few months which if there is a S3 would be her hiatus.

Thanks for the link!
I would be so choked if TSCC got renewed and Lena didn't continue on with the show. Her layered portrayal of Sarah was what got me hooked to TSCC.
Does anybody know how many season the actors are signed on for?

Does anybody know how many season the actors are signed on for? IRC actors in US productions are signed to a multi-year contract (my understanding is that seven is standard but the Supernatural guys, for example, are signed for five). I wouldn't assume anything from this interview other than TSCC has been a hard grind - as the title character, Ms. Headey has the heaviest production schedule of the cast - and our heroine's portrayer is looking forward to a well-earned break.

It's been 30 yrs since I've been in the UK and my memory is fading. <g> It's more likely you blocked it out due to some kind of traumatic taste experience! Angel Delight is pretty much what she said it is; a nasty white trash dessert that's just awesome when you're in the mood. It's - oh god... - a flavoured powder that you add milk to and whisk up and it thickens and then you eat it cold. Cat says it's like a war time replacement for blancmange! Fabulous flavours include butterscotch (the nicest cos it's the most artificialist!), chocolate, strawberry, choco-mint, banana... To say it's an acquired taste would be understating somewhat. I think you need to be indoctrinated as a toddler otherwise, it's probably too late! I've noticed Lena uses the F bomb. I thought brits said bloody, ruddy, sod etc? <LOL> Rest assured, Brits use the F word plenty and are pretty creative when it comes to expletives - at least in the North! In movies set in London, we mostly say bugger, b*llocks, w**ker because apparently you guys expect us to! I have yet to meet a Brit who says "ruddy". This one and the Stacey Ponder one were really good. It's nice to read something other than the usual trite answers celebs trot on out.

^^^
Angel Delight sounds like our version of Jello Instant Pudding - add milk and stir until thickened and comes in butterscotch too. For added specialness poor into a pie crust and and top with cool whip.
