Discuss the series here.

This one I must admit is one I've come around to. Its a well developed crossover by Frank Miller that went above and beyond my expectations for both franchises.

I bought all of 'em back in 2000. Great series IMO. Need to read them again...been a while.

I have to admit I still need to get around to getting my hands on the game. I've been eager to play that since I still have my SNES.

I remember betting it on the genesis system. which was the best version because it had the blood. but you got the comic story line in the snes.

I've seen segments of it on YouTube.
Would be nice if they would release the series in trade once again.

Robocop hasn't been reprinted there as of yet, but only time will tell. In regards to the movie: 2010 supposedly is what MGM is saying.
Also would love to see another game brought into play on the new systems.

Also would love to see another game brought into play on the new systems. About the game, me too. I'm a little concerned about the remake. All of the Robocop franchise that was done without Peter Weller was quite horrible. I hope MGM finds somebody who can fill his shoes.

I'm in the minority on this one, but I didn't mind Prime Directives at all.

I'm in the minority on this one, but I didn't mind Prime Directives at all. That one seemed alright, but I didn't catch much of it. My true fear would be making a new that's like the third one aka HORRIBLE.

The third one they really tried too hard to cater to making it a kid's type of movie instead of sticking to the darkness, that made 1 and 2 what it was. Prime Directive's is buried in that darkness.

I bought the first part on Amazon for $10. Sounds like it will be interesting.

Congrats on that!
I'm thinking of digging around my local comic shops to see if anything turns up.

Well, it's official! The Robocop remake is under way. Darren Aronofsky will be the director and the movie is rumored to be a sequel and not a remake (which I'm happy about).
