Okay, now that they are going to prom together, I declare this a canon 'ship and I 'ship Morris/Cameron!
Not just because Morris strongly reminds me of some of the guys I hung out with in High School and Junior High. Not just because it was so cute watching his face light up as he realized he'd hit the jackpot of having a hot, hot, HOT girl agree to go to the Prom with him. But because if Cameron IS going to be dealing with sexual/romantic urges/feelings/whatever as was strongly hinted with some of of the scenes with John in the first half of the season finale, I want her doing her initial exploration of any such feelings with someone OTHER than John.

The poor kid is both lucky and screwed in the long run. ;D But showing up to prom with this alpha female girl is a big win for the guy.

Poor Morris...It really is like a time bomb. This promises to bring some interesting/hilarious scenes, though.

Prom should be very interesting. I so hope that if they get a second season (which they should! ) that they are going to show prom because... it's just like a recipe for awesomeness.

Ya know, at first I was just evisioning some sort of cute-awkward Prom, but now I remember that this is an action show, so if they do show the prom, it will be a Buffy-esque battle royale when a Terminator attacks them at the prom in front of everyone.

Or the prom has to be cut short because they are getting attacked and in order to lessen the casualties they run away from the crowd. Leaving poor Morris and the rest of their classmates to fend for themselves.

I'd never thought of that myself, but now that you mention it, it seems like the best case scenario, and also the most likely one. After all, if Morris stays with Cameron for too long, he'll inevitably end up finding out her little secret, and nobody wants to see that awkward moment where he gets "freaked the hell out". I'm not quite sure what Cameron would do if he actually did find out though. Maybe she'd have to kill him...

For some reason, I see them bringing into the loop to protect his life or sending him away.

Cameron & Morris relationship should be the 3rd season "carrying line", and season's finale should be about their prom ;D.
