Cameron the terminator is the character of the show. Allison would never do.

Weaver's story should get very interesting in S3. She's going into an alternate timeline the same as John. Allies & resources she originally had in her future might be missing in this new timeline. The alternate skynet may not have any T-1000's or she may have a double of herself. A future without John Connor the leader changes everything. Skynet adapts to whatever the resistance does. Weaver certainly seemed confident at the end of season 2. She had successfully 'birthed' and raised John Henry. I love the parallels between Sarah and Catherine. Catherine definitely seems to have a plan. She thinks the two Johns together can succeed. I've got a feeling she's a little too optimistic. She hasn't seen John Henry since he disconnected from the Turk. I hope he's still the John Henry fans have learned to love. I wouldn't be surprised if Weaver has a weapon/supply cache hidden in the the Zeria Corp basement. The building survived J-Day pretty well. Anything she stashed would be hidden well. Like a walled off room or a cavity space in the floor with a small vent pipe. Only liquid metal could slide through it.

You mean getting back to the present? That could be a big problem. Weaver thinks she can use the same machine from her own future. But, it may not be there in the alt timeline.
Weaver does plan to return. Her attitude with Ellison was, "I'm running an errand. Pick up Savannah and I'll see you later." It's true she could return (that night) if everything goes perfectly. But, there's a lot that can go wrong. She seems way over confidant to me.
That was a cool video. If TSCC S3 doesn't happen, fan vids and fan fiction will still carry the story forward. John Connor's story will be told regardless of the asshats wonderful gentlemen at Fox decision.

Have you guys heard Lanie Grace's new rumor?
I'll give you the cliff-notes version.
She's saying that WB has been shopping the show around since the winter break, and the only people interested is the Sci-fi channel. But, they won't buy the show unless they can have more creative control over it, and make it more episodic. Nick C has been saying similar things since Desert Cantos. And, seeing as Lanie Grace is trolling the TVBTN boards, I'm guessing she's just parroting Nick C. If you read her entire blog post, it reeks of sour grapes. She wants Josh Fired, and the show handed over to someone like Ron Moore.
BTW, I don't believe anything Nick C says anyways. Every week he "hears" something different, and contradicts himself from the week before. According to him, Fox was going to pull the show and replace it with House reruns. Yeah, how did that work out Nick?
------------------------
Ok, now for a totally unrelated rumor that I've heard.
Thomas Dekker is shooting this new indie film called "All About Evil" (it's on IMDB). Supposedly, he is telling people on set that he has signed a two year extension for SCC. (Seasons 3 &4). I asked the person who posted this info to double check his source and he said.
"I have been assured that this info came straight from Thomas Dekker himself. He told her (his friend) that he has signed on for two more seasons."
This rumor is something to keep in mind, if you hear similar rumors pop up on sites ThrFeed, or Matt Roush and Matt Mittovich blog.
IMO,Dekker is known to have a big mouth (Dekker Tapes anyone?). He's constantly getting in himself in trouble. So, thats why I think their might be some truth to this rumor.

Just don't give her (or him) the attention she craves.

Brian Austin Green is also contracted to play Derek on TSCC instead of whatever role he's got in a new pilot. That is, if the show gets a third season.
What I mean is that it's pretty common to have actors signed on for something just in case. It doesn't mean that Fox has commited to anything... And don't get me wrong, I want more TSCC as much as anyone else here!

It's really interesting how a 15 year old seems to get all the insider information on things that no one else can. I would say right now the Sci-fi is very interested in SCC because their channel ratings have been going down. "! Sci-fi has slowly been loosing its friday night audience because of a poor line-up. Stargate is the Sci-fi channels lifesaver. Battlestar galactica caused Sci-fi to loose its fan-base. They were much better off when they were running both SG1 and Altantis at the same time.

Thomas Dekker isn't 15, he's actually around 22 (born 87 as far as I know). So certainly no teen. Let's not confuse character with actor!
As said before, I'm fairly sure the actors were contracted longer, to make sure they are available, but it now depends on FOX. There are more rumors circulating the web than there are minutes in a day, but I sure hope that season 3 continues and if we can believe what Brian Austin Green said, namely that the Season 2 finale wasn't actually conceived as a series, but simply, as it should be, a season finale, I surely hope it wasn't the end.
Gutted is not the word for what I'll be if it stops here.

Lanie is a 15 year old girl.
All she is doing is making calculated guesses. Painting over some false sources onto them to give them legitimacy.

If Sci-fi managed to get lucky enough to acquire SCC it would be a step up for them. Not a step down.
If it happense it will not be because Lanie Grace predicted it through her intimate connections. She just made a lucky guess.
The thought has crossed my mind a time or two myself.

Lanie Grace made the guess because she reads message boards. One of the most frequently stated things about Season 3 is that if it doesn't happen on Fox, it might happen on Scifi. Lanie didn't guess it, she just read what other people have been guessing, and turned it into a "scoop." And to top it off she added in the bits about Josh Friedman having the show taken away from him and the formula turned upside down, because she hates the seriealized format and hates the direction the story is moving in. She wants an apocalyptic robot-smashing action show, not a cerebral family drama laced with intelligent sci-fi.
I would not take anything she says seriously. If it turns out the show is on Scifi this fall, then she made a lucky guess. However, given how "lucky" her guess for the finale turned out to be, I wouldn't count on it. At the most she'll be right about a network change, but everything about Scifi taking away the show's creativity is her own speculative BS.

mod note: Please let's drop the discussion of LG and anything she has to say. She's a proven fraud and anything relating to her posts or "scoops" is not welcome here.
Let's move on to a different subject and back on topic.
