This seems like a point of no return for Charlie and wife. It's not like they can go back to their life now that they are on Cromartie's list as possible hostages.

Are there bigger versions of those episodic promo stills? They are cruelly small.

I'm wondering why Cromartie would kidnap Michelle in the first place. He must know about the relationship Charley had with Sarah and John (and assume they'd help him try to get her back).

If you remember he went to Charley's house and asked about whether or not he knows where Sarah is. That was when he was still posing as an FBI agent. So I'm pretty sure he is well aware of the relationship him and Sarah had.

Total brain cloud today apparently - I'd forgotten that scene and I just watched it yesterday! *puts on dunce cap* Charlie went to the police to report Sarah's disappearance in the pilot episode. This alerted Ellison to Sarah's whereabouts, who then put the info into the FBI database, which Cromartie had access to. That was how Cromartie tracked the Connors in the first place.

Yes, it's fairly clear that Chromartie is using Charley's wife to get at the Connors. It's a fairly obvious ploy I'm surprised he didn't try earlier. He's also clearly following Ellison around hoping Ellison will lead him to the Connors - and Ellison knows this. Presumably this is why we see Charley involved with the Connors on an apparent mission - the mission has to be to get his wife back.
Of course, once he does, his wife is definitely going to divorce him for lying to her about all this and nearly getting her killed! No woman I know would put up with that!
And that, of course, leaves him to pursue Sarah again, heh, heh!
According to Dillahunt's interviews, Chromartie is supposed to get fairly clever this season in trying to find the Connors.
I'm still wondering when Terminator Carter is going to break out of that bunker they locked him in and re-enter the show. Presumably, since the coltan stuff is gone, he'll revert back to "hunt John Connor" mode and get involved in the plot. I can't believe you could keep him in that bunker forever. He could easily dig his way out through the floor if he can't punch his way through the door.

The short Preview last night after 2x02 showed clips from "The Mousetrap".
Looks like another Winner.

They showed a clip of Mousetrap when BAG was interviewed on Ellen. It was pretty very similiar to the scene in episode 2x02 where Sarah and Derek talked about Greenway. Pretty much Sarah bitching at Derek that she'll do whatever she wants even if it's a trap and Derek backing down without an argument. I'm not liking this new Derek.
