Ok so all of the episodes that we've got have been aired - time to scrutinize them and look for either Terminator type Easter Eggs (tiny cool hints/homages/funky things) from the series. Such as...this (I take ZERO credit for this, someone posted it over on TerminatorFiles) Note they used the same actor from the Pilot sequence again as one of the guards who whisked Sarah away from Silberman when she was in the nuthouse in THE DEMON HAND.

Which explains why he ended up in her nightmare. Nice. Think this guy is the TV-series version of the orderly who licked her face?

That comparison photo was my handy work. If Josh Friedman hadn't mentioned that there was something in The Demon Hand that would give insight to Sarah's nightmare from the pilot, I know I never would have picked up on it. The orderly blurs by in that scene so quickly that you have to slo-mo it to even get see his face. I don't know if you could call all of this stuff easter eggs, but here are some things I've take notice of: In John's bedroom in the pilot (Charley's house), he has a "Rage AGainst the Machine" poster on his headboard. When Cameron talks to John at his locker in the pilot, there's a poster on the wall as she's walking away that says "Don't go it alone." Sarah drives a Jeep (until it got blown up anyway). At the end of T1, Sarah drove a Jeep. Charley Dixon likes to work on engines. In T2, John tells "Uncle Bob" that there was one guy his mom was with that he liked, who taught him about engines. Obviously not meant to imply that it's Charley, but it's a nice connection. John's forged birth certificate (shown during school registration in ep2) shows his birth date as July 22, 1992. That's obviously a fake birth date (aside from the year) because they just celebrated his birthday and it's not summer time. So we can assume it's early 2008 on the show and John's "real" birthday is probably Feb/Mar 1984. Small robot dog barks at Cameron at the chess tournament. I guess even robot dogs can spot terminators The program that controls the robot Cameron looks at at the chess tournament shows these functions: Goodbye Ceremony Only of Kind BladeRunner Poem HumanKind Derek finds the burned remains of Sarah's photo in Kyle's footlocker after there's been an attack on the bunker. In one of Kyle's dreams in T1, Sarah's photo gets burned during a terminator attack. Pancakes! Pilot: "A half hour. One bag, plus the guns. I'll make pancakes." Heavy Metal: "So you just want to walk in there and kick their asses and go for pancakes?" The Demon Hand: Sarah actually makes pancakes. To Derek: "Pancakes." To John: "Your pancakes are getting cold."

Thanks I put that together and posted it on a few message boards during the time that this one was out of commission, otherwise I would have put it here too.

When Cameron talks to John at his locker in the pilot, there's a poster on the wall as she's walking away that says "Don't go it alone." Actually, I recall it read "You don't have to go it alone". The program that controls the robot Cameron looks at at the chess tournament shows these functions: Goodbye Ceremony Only of Kind BladeRunner Poem HumanKind Indeed it does. Here's a screencap I took on Hulu, sorry for the pause button in midscreen... I thought I'd found another easter egg. When John goes to the computer store in the mall in the second ep, as he leaves it looks like the address on the door he exits via has the address "1337" on it, geekspeak for leet or elite. But re-watching shows the 1337 logo on the salesgirl's t-shirt and bags carried by other customers, so apparently that's just the name of the store. Everyone noticed that "Cameron", alias of one of the main characters, is the same as the name of James Cameron, creator of the Terminator franchise. Anyone else notice that "Billy Wisher", fake alias of old Andy Goode in the future, is the same as William Wisher, who co-wrote the T2 script with Cameron?

People probably noticed this already but in the beginning of The Demon Hand Cameron is wearing the same type of police attire as the T-1000 in T2 she even has the glasses and bike to boot haha.

Here are some screen shots I've assembled of some of the things mentioned. I also have shots in there of the bank vault: name of the company that built the door (Kendal Safe Co.) and the name of the owner of the safe deposit box Cameron gets all the keys from (E. Boykins - the engineer from the future?).

Okay I just realized something pretty fun. Remember the kitty poster on the wall in the safe house? The slogan on that poster is "Hang in there baby", just like the mural on the wall of the future bunker with terminator head in the lion's mouth. So yeah, I guess a badass soldier might just have a kitty poster on the wall when it's the closest thing he can find to his badass lion mural from the future.

Okay, I found a couple more in the season finale. When Sarah and Cameron go into the Wi-Fi'd It internet cafe, the song playing on the jukebox is...Johnny Cash's "When the Man Comes Around". You can sort of hear it in the background when the guy stands up in frustration at his HALO game gone bad. And the dude behind the counter? Sarkissian. Check this out: I don't think he was happy about what they did to his daughter...
