Jesse's plot is going to backfire real bad. She wants to get John away from Cameron's influence. The opposite will happen once it comes out that Cameron is the more trustworthy one.

I agree - and I've changed my mind. I think this season is going to end with Sarah having to make a choice about whether or not to step up and protect her robot foster-child.

Thinking further about Jesse's plan I noticed when Riley seems to want out is when Jesse makes the observation that she might have genuine feelings for John. Which may imply that their plan is to hurt John somehow and Riley may have become reluctant to do it. Of course it could simply mean Riley is tired of lying.
Other than this, in relation to Cameron:
- Killing her outright doesn't help in the long run. John grows up still willing to trust a machine like before. And meets Cameron again.
- Having Riley 'replace' Cameron doesn't give any guarantees either. How long can Riley even keep this up?
What Jesse needs to do is discredit Cameron irreversibly. I see several possibilities:
1)Jesse will try to kill Riley after John grows attached to her and frame Cameron.
2) She may use Riley's access to the Connors to frame Cameron for something else. Or otherwise manipulate John to hate her.
Then she'd get Derek to help her kill Cameron quickly.

Trying to frame Cameron for Riley's death would be a very good plan. It would make it impossible for John to ever trust cyborgs.
I'm looking forward to seeing Ellison try to teach John Henry morals. But, I doubt the 10 Commandants are suitable. The majority aren't even relevant to computers.
1. You shall have no other gods before Me
2. You shall not make a graven image.
3. You shall not take the name of God in vain.
4. You shall not break the Sabbath.
5. You shall not dishonor your parents.
6. You shall not murder.
7. You shall not commit adultery
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
10. You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife
The thy shall not murder commandment and no lying are the only two that's useful for computers.
Ellison should be teaching Asimov Three Laws of Robotics
1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. 2. A robot must obey orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. 3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Unfortunately, I don't think Ellison is a Sci-Fi fan and may never have read any Asimov.

Well, even in a secular society, rules five through 10 hold a lot of water.
And, really, Asimov's laws are based on the idea you can hardwire something into a robot brain, whereas The Terminator mythos is based on the idea that a machine can gain human-like agency - I don't really think the paradigms align.

If John Henry starts coveting my wife his metal housing might get seriously dented. LOL
TSCC is breaking new ground with their version of A.I. Maybe the writers will craft some general rules that Ellison can teach John Henry. It would be very cool to have them printed on a poster or digital sign.
Really, Cameron already follows a lot of assimilation rules. She doesn't put her feet on the table in a restaurant, talk loudly in public and doesn't leave oil stains on the carpet. She knows whats required to function in public places.

Even the Terminator in T1 followed proper human etiquette most of the time. In fact, he might not have even known anything about 1984. It's possible that he just picked everything up through observation. That could explain why he asked the gun store owner for a plasma rifle.
Now that Dr. Sherman is dead, I wonder if we'll ever see Weaver's daughter again. It sucks that we've only seen her twice. I hope the writers don't forget about her.

I keep hearing rumors that Sarah will get another kid to raise. Savannah would need a family if the T-1000 is destroyed.
I'm not sure how fans would react to a kid in the Connor house. But, the rumor has been kicking around for months.
I hope we see more scenes with Savannah and Weaver. They sure look like mom & daughter for real.
**update** corrected the kids name

I keep hearing rumors that Sarah will get another kid to raise. Samantha would need a family if the T-1000 is destroyed. I'm not sure how fans would react to a kid in the Connor house. But, the rumor has been kicking around for months. Yikes!! I don't think the fans would be very receptive at all! Personally, I think that the notion of bringing in another child into the madness that is Sarah's life would be a really, really bad move.
