I like how John's Mom doesn't even believe him, haha. That guy can never catch a break. What goes around, comes around. Ace wrote... Yes, I totally agree. It is completely unreasonable to think that John's recent Riley-related lying, disobedience and running-away-to-Mexico would give Sarah reason to doubt his word when he says he hasn't told his girlfriend about J-Day.

Its time for Sarah to step aside and let Cameron run the show. If anyone she can trust John with Cameron...... Cant she?

I have issues with Sarah accusing John about lying. Yeah I don't think she's actually telling John "I don't believe you." I thought so at first, but of course it's a preview so you gotta look at it again and people's clothes and whatnot because they're trying to screw with us. Anyway, after another viewing.. when Sarah talks about Riley mentioning bleached skulls she's wearing a jacket or something. When she says "I don't believe you" she's not. She could be saying that to Cameron, or Riley herself. I doubt she's speaking to John.

I'm hoping it's creative editing (it certainly wouldn't be the first time). Even if it's logical from Sarah's perspective to think John must have told Riley about j-day for her to be spouting about bleached skulls, I don't really like the idea that she'd tell him flat out that she doesn't believe him. They lie to each other all the time and don't confront one another about it. They just make that face like "you're lying to me again and I know it, but I'll pretend I don't."

Excellent point, Schmacky.
As a matter of fact, she could be confonting Riley on the subject and maybe Riley tells Sarah that John told her everything that will happen in the future, only to have Sarah say "I don't believe you." But this could go so many ways, it's endless, haha.

I hope that the preview is misleading in another point: We see a suspicious Sarah and we get a suspicious Cameron but what about John?
I think, that it is important that once for all this boy gets something on his own.

If you notice in the preview, Cameron isn't the one attacking Riley. Right after Cameron says "I can't let you leave" it cuts to Riley in distress in what appears to be a living room or bedroom, or any type of "room" setting. You even see a lamp, which is clearly not in the outhouse of w/e Cameron and Riley are. I'm putting money on Jesse taking out Riley. Thanks for pointing this out. I agree, this last-second of the promo is in a different setting, so not a direct result of Cameron's threats. And Jesse does seem the likely culprit, if something dramatic does happen to Riley. There's got to be trust between a parent and child. Unless, past experience proves otherwise. For Sarah to call John a liar about something as important as J-day is pretty F'd up. If Sarah isn't capable of trusting her own son then the paranoia has fried her brain. Wasn't it more or less implied that John was on the verge of telling Riley everything, when he visited her in her room after Mexico? Riley then scared him away with the poster, but he may well have been considering it. If I was Sarah, I wouldn't believe him either, especially since she has no clue Riley is from the future. John will quickly connect the (3) dots though, as he knows what he did tell and didn't tell.

If Jesse kills Riley (probably at the end of the episode) it would go smoothly into the submarine episodes wouldnt it? Telling Jesse's story and no doubt her malicious intentions. How did she get access to the time machine anyways, when you had to pass a retina scan?
Unless the machine she used wasnt John Connors.....?

Little Johnny Connor lie? Really? The next great future leader of mankind. Lie? ;D He lied to protect Cameron in the Allison Episode. He's been a snotty little a-hole bringing Riley home in defiance of Sarah. I don't know how John avoided grounding after the Mexico screw up. Maybe the suicide attempt distracted Sarah. Personally, I like to think of the Mexico trip as a writers brain fart. ;D John's got plenty of problems but I can't understand Sarah accusing him of lying. Telling Riley J-day stories is too big of a betrayal. That's a line John wouldn't cross. Sarah flat out calling him a liar must of hurt John. Their relationship has really deteriorated since S1. Anyone want to bet Cameron gets blamed for any Riley injuries or death? ;D Sarah and John will automatically blame the Cyborg. I hope she finds a good lawyer.

When Sarah says, "I don't believe you," she's wearing different cloths to when that conversation begins. They are two different conversations at least.

When Sarah says, "I don't believe you," she's wearing different cloths to when that conversation begins. They are two different conversations at least. Then who would she be addressing? Riley herself seems a very good possibility. Cameron, also possible, with her glitches. Or John after all, but maybe in a very different context. Or just some guest star, I suppose...
